“My work representing employers in OSHA matters is not about opposing the agency - in fact, I spent years working within OSHA and have a deep respect for its mission and the professionals who serve in it
I do this work because I believe in the importance of due process, fair enforcement, and legally sufficient citations. Employers- especially those who are compliant or have exercised due diligence- deserve a fair evaluation of the facts and an opportunity to respond to allegations.
When I challenge OSHA findings, it’s not out of criticism- but out of a commitment to ensure that enforcement actions are consistent with the law, and supported by credible evidence, and reflect the professional standards that the agency itself stands for.Accountability goes both ways. When OSHA gets it right, I support that. But when mistakes are made, I advocate for correction, not only to protect my clients, but also to uphold the integrity of OSHA’s work overall.”
